Great service! I got towed from New Orleans to Slidell for much less than I was anticipating, considering the distance. I did not get the gentleman’s name, but the driver was very kind.

Ms. Carol was amazing!! She stayed in contact we me as she made her way to my car which kept me and my little boy relaxed and calm. Quick, kind, and professional! I had her tow to my mechanic on the Westbank from State Street – no questions, no huff, no nonsense – and an extremely reasonable fee. Y’all have a customer for life!

Mr. James is the man! Super fast service and was really patient with me when I couldn’t put my car in neutral because of the battery. He even put my car in the drive way so we could work on it comfortably. The price was $85 from the french quarter to the westbank. thanks mista james!

I have had the Opportunity to meet one of the Best customers service person ever in Towing. I take the time to mention this young man name because his Customers Service Skills are amazing. My Car had been sitting in my drive way for two days and I needed to get to work on this busy Friday. I called around for a few towing service fee, and wasn’t satisfied with the quotes. Well I called B&M towing service and was connected to Mr. Michael Charles and when he arrived to my home he greeted me with a smile and said Good Morning Ms. Dunn. I will have you on the road ASAP. I didn’t know of any auto places to have my Tire repair so Michael recommend a place near by with great Prices and Awesome Customers Service Skills as he. Tire Town. For a Female who knows nothing about servicing car’s I truly feel God sent me the best 2. They both helped me with what I needed and I don’t mind saying I paid Less than $200. My daughter was stranded in New Orleans at the Jax Brewery parking lot, which is “managed” by premium parking, because a boot was placed on her vehicle for being 15 minutes late past her paid time. She paid to have boots removed the following morning but one was left one stating she damaged it. After 12 hours of trying to call the companies they recommended to assist her, B &M towing and roadside assistance was the only company that had enough compassion to help her. Mike fixed the situation in a matter of an hour. In an area that relies on tourism, it is horrific that this parking facility treats their customers this way. Thank you. Again, to B & M towing for your prompt, courteous help.

I called this company and to be honest at first I didn’t like the price I have never had my car towed except when my dad was alive and he took care of everything. So anyway I didn’t like the price but the guy that answer the phone Mike said I should check around and compare if his price wasn’t what I liked so I did and I’m giving him 4 stars because I really didn’t know but now I know his price was the most reasonable one out of the 4 other companies I checked with. Now there was a guy cheaper than him but he said I would have to wait for 2 hours. So the lady that came out was amazing and I got home satisfied with the service. Thanks B&M I will tell my friends.

He towed my 65 Chevy Impala, which I hold dear to my heart, 3 times in the past couple of months… And every time showed up within a half hour and had my car on it’s way to the destination in under 10 minutes. I had a great experience with Mike. He answered the phone was extremely curious and when I asked him how much it would be to bring my car from one place to another he did not give me the run around. I have never used a tow service before I was going to do it myself and found that it was well worth it to have Mike take care of it. Will recomend to anyone and definitely use again if needed.
